Interior Design
New residences featured timber flooring, white joinery, and brushed chrome finishes. The restored Queenslander kept period details including VJ walls and high ceilings alongside modern upgrades.
Exterior Design
The project merged old and new — the original home was elevated and refreshed, while the new townhomes took cues from Queenslander vernacular with gables, weatherboard cladding, and covered porches.
